I'm drawn to any piece of jewellery that looks like an ancient relic dug up from the centre of the earth. This is why Imogen Belfield is my new favourite line. Those captain planet kids had it right - a great ring can be very empowering. I wish i could have a real power ring, but I consider these the next best thing:

This one i scored at a vintage store in Montreal on Bernard St for $10. I love the melted away skull face, it makes me wonder if it belonged to a huge biker dude and how many people have been knocked out by it.
